Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account or by contacting me directly.

Subscription content, themes, and included items may vary from month to month.

 

Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in GBP unless otherwise stated. Payment is taken at checkout and, for subscriptions, on each renewal date.

I reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where payment cannot be processed or if fraud is suspected.

 

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped using standard postal services. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

I am not responsible for postal delays once an item has been dispatched. Lost mail will be handled in line with the Returns & Refunds Policy.
