Processing Time
Orders are processed within 3–5 working days. Snail Mail Club subscriptions are sent on a monthly schedule, with dispatch dates shared on the product page or via email.
Please note that processing times may vary slightly during busy periods.
Shipping Method
All orders are sent via standard postal services. Tracking is not included unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Mail
If your order does not arrive, please contact me.
For Snail Mail Club subscriptions and other orders confirmed lost in the post, I will offer a replacement (if available) or a refund in line with the Returns & Refunds Policy.
You must contact me within 14 days of the expected delivery date so I can assist.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. I am not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
