Purchase Options

Products on this website may be available as one-time purchases or as recurring subscriptions, depending on the item.

Snail Mail Club subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis at the price and frequency shown at checkout.

By completing your purchase, you authorise payment for the selected purchase option.

 

Subscription Cancellation

Snail Mail Club subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.

You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing date through your customer account or by contacting me directly. Once a subscription has renewed, that month’s charge cannot be refunded.

Cancellation will stop future payments but does not apply retroactively to orders already processed or dispatched.

 

One-Time Purchases

One-time purchases (including art prints and original artworks) are charged at checkout and are not subject to cancellation once the order has been placed.

 

Failed Payments

If a subscription payment fails, I may attempt to process the payment again. If payment cannot be completed, the subscription may be cancelled.

 

Changes to Pricing or Products

Prices and product details may change at any time. Active subscriptions will continue at the agreed price unless otherwise notified.
