Returns & Refunds Policy
Because all items are made in small batches and many are subscription-based, I’m unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.
Snail Mail Club Subscriptions
All Snail Mail Club envelopes are non-returnable and non-refundable once sent.
However, if your mail does not arrive, please get in touch and I’ll be happy to help.
If your envelope is confirmed lost in the post, you can choose a replacement (if available) or a refund. You must contact me within 14 days of the expected delivery date.
Originals & Art Prints
All original artworks and art prints are final sale. I do not accept returns or exchanges for these items.
Refunds are only offered if your item fails to arrive or arrives significantly damaged. If your order arrives damaged, please email me within 48 hours of delivery with photos so I can assist.
Important Notes
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. I’m not responsible for delays caused by postal services and refunds are not available for missed deliveries due to incorrect addresses.
