What are your prices like?
Prices are determined based on size and the date of which the piece is needed by. This will be sent to you after I have reviewed your submission. Payments will be split between a 50 % upfront deposit and 50% upon completion.
How my commission process works.
1. Tell me what you’re dreaming of.
Fill out the commission form with your ideas, size preferences, and any reference photos. I’ll read through everything and reply within a few business days.
2. I’ll confirm the details and book your spot.
If we’re a good match, I’ll send over the final quote and an invoice for a 50% deposit to secure your commission in my schedule.
3. I create your initial concept sketch.
Once the deposit is paid, I’ll start sketching your artwork. You’ll receive the first concept to review and suggest any changes.
4. Time to bring your artwork to life.
After you approve the sketch, I begin the painting process. I’ll send you updates along the way so you can see your piece coming together.
5. Final approval + finishing touches.
When the painting is complete, I’ll share clear photos for your final approval and make any small refinements needed.
6. Payment + drying time.
Once you’re happy with the finished piece, the remaining 50% balance is due. Oil pieces may need up to two weeks to dry fully before moving to the next step.
7. Carefully packaged and on its way to you.
Your artwork will be wrapped securely, insured for its full value, and shipped with tracking. Then it’s all yours to enjoy in your home.
When will I get my order?
I’ll be able to give you an accurate shipping timeframe once your commission request has been submitted. Smaller artworks generally require less time, while oil paintings may take up to a month as they need a longer drying period before they can be safely packaged and shipped.
